Support for First Generation Bridge-IT Codecs Ends
Tieline today announced that support for the first generation of Bridge-IT and Bridge-IT XTRA codecs will cease from October 12, 2025.
The earliest of these codecs are now over 16 years old and they were officially retired several years ago. Technology has advanced significantly and most components for these products have been exhausted and are no longer available to purchase. As a result, it is no longer feasible to continue repairing or supporting this range of codecs.
Tieline will continue to provide a web page at www.tieline.com/support for Tieline customers to access:
- User manuals for Bridge-IT and Bridge-IT XTRA products
- The last release version of firmware for both products
- Tech notes to assist with setup and configuration
