See New MPX I and MPX II Codecs for the First Time…

One of the main reasons to visit Tieline at NAB2023 will be to see two new MPX codecs for the first time. Tieline’s MPX I and MPX II codecs deliver unique composite FM multiplex (MPX) codec solutions for real-time network distribution of FM-MPX or MicroMPX (μMPX) signals to transmitter sites. Both the MPX I and MPX II support sending the full uncompressed FM signal, or optional compressed μMPX to deliver high-quality multiplexed FM signals at lower bit-rates. Both codecs support analog MPX (BNC) or MPX over AES192 to deliver a wide range of flexible composite encoder and decoder configurations for many different applications. They also offer return FM monitoring options and an optional satellite tuner card supports decoding DVB-S or DVB-S2 signals.
