Before Completing this form
As a user of Tieline Tieserver and Report-It products your company administrator has created an account on your behalf. If this account contains personal information that you do not want public you have the right to have that information removed, please ensure you do the following before you request Tieline to remove this information:
- Contact your employer and explain that you would like your personal details removed from our servers; and
- Ensure you are issued with new credentials as soon as possible as once we are requested to delete the information you will not be able to access your account.
