Testing IP Connections and Port Forwarding
If you are on a public static IP address you can dial a Tieline test codec on one of the following public IP addresses to test your IP codec can make an IP connection.
USA IP Codec Test Numbers:
- 162.17.7.249 Commander G3 Rack 1RU (TLR300B)
- 162.17.7.250 Commander G3 Rack 2RU (TLR300B2)
- 162.17.7.251 Bridge-IT PRO (TLB5100PRO)
Australian IP Codec Test Numbers:
- 203.36.205.188 (Report-IT)
- 203.36.205.163 (G3 rack mount codec)
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE LEAVE AUTO RECONNECT OFF WHEN CONNECTING TO OUR TEST LINES!

Please connect for only 5‐10 minutes at a time to leave plenty of time for others to use the test lines as well.

If you are dialing from behind a firewall and your codec has a private IP address, you may need to ensure that your IT network administrator is allowing traffic on the TCP and UDP ports used by your Tieline codec for sending session data and audio packets. The default ports are outlined in the following table.
